Structure

Our storm shelters are reinforced with fiber as well as steel rebar, and they are poured with a minimum of 6,000 psi concrete.

*The dirt that is removed from the hole will be placed back around the shelter.   We may find rock or black clay.  You have the option of paying to have it hauled off and replacing it with top soil.

All concrete will crack in different places.  If your shelter develops a small crack that leaks, It will be fixed.  If the shelter cannot be fixed, it will be replaced.   We have a very reputable and dependable manufacturer.  With a 10 year leakage warranty ....You can trust our products!

*If we hit rock that we cannot dig, we will allow one other dig spot.  If  unable to install the customer will not be charged.

*The shelters WILL NOT float with heavy rain.

*Installation takes appprox 2-4 hours. 

*These shelters are produced by a Oklahoma based Manufacturer.  They are high quality shelters.

They are built to meet and exceed FEMA requirements and are tested per federal requirements.  

*We will call OKIE to have your underground lines marked within 10 days of digging.

*The number of people that can fit into a shelter is figured at 5 sq feet per person per FEMA requirements.

*We do not take deposits.  Payment is not required until installation is complete.
